Build Recognition for Incoming WhatsApp Attachments
If you want to build recognition on your incoming attachments you can use an article. If there's no recognition built on this part, the customer will receive the no-answer event as there's no recognition.
- Create an article with the question "WhatsApp received an attachment"
If needed add the "livechat:true" addition to trigger the pre-chat event in order to initiate a handover to the Mobile Service Cloud.
