Changing user roles on the CM.com Platform

Issue

How can I change the role of a user on the CM.com platform.

Resolution

⚠️ Note: Only the Platform owner and Administrators are allowed to change the roles of the users.

  1. Go to Settings in the top-right menu.
  2. Select User
  3. Click on the 3 dots next to the user
  4. Click on "Edit"
  5. Adjust the role and click on "Update"
  6. The user role has been updated
