Connecting Dialogs
This guide explains how to create and connect dialogs in the Conversational AI Cloud CMS to deliver seamless customer journeys. By using nodes, entity recognition, and dialog connections, you can design a chatbot that efficiently addresses user queries.
Key Steps to Build Effective Dialogs
1. Jumping Between Dialogs
Use the "jump" feature to connect smaller dialogs, enabling the chatbot to handle complex customer journeys without overwhelming a single dialog. For example:
A main dialog can guide users to regional dialogs for specific office locations.
2. Breaking Down Dialogs
Divide large dialogs into smaller, focused ones for better organization:
Main Dialog: Provides general office information and clickable continent options.
Regional Dialogs: Contain specific office details (e.g., Africa, North America).
3. Connecting Dialogs
To link dialogs:
Select the node where the jump is needed (e.g., "Visit Office").
Click Add Dialog and choose the target dialog’s start node.
Set the output as default and remove unused outputs (e.g., links to external pages).
Save the dialog. The node will now show the connected dialog’s name and icon
