Can CM.com payment terminals accept credit cards?

Our payment terminals can accept Mastercard, Visa and American express credit cards. For this you need a transaction subscription with a credit card company.

At the moment I do not have a transaction subscription with a creditcard company yet. I want to accept creditcards, but what do I have to do to arrange this?
