Zadig

For windows devices, you need to install a different driver.

1. Download https://zadig.akeo.ie/

2. Open it

3. Under Options select List all Devices

4. Select your printer

5. Make sure, on the right side, it displays WinUSB

6. Select Replace Driver (this can take a few minutes)

Boca

Before install: remove the usb cable that connects the boca printer with the device.

For Boca (windows 11) you have to download this zip-file

1. Unpack the zip file

2. Go to the directory Boca_Systems

3. Execute Install_Drv.exe

4. Go to the directory BocaPrinterDrivers

5. Execute dpinstx64.exe

6. Reboot windows

7. Connect the USB cable

8. Install / Start QZ-Tray

9. Go through the setup flow and setup the boca (every print is different, so you have play with the settings)
