Global Ticket  

This page describes the configuration of the Global Ticket integration.

Steps

Global Ticket configuration

  • Go to “Global Ticket”

  • Find

Credential configuration

  • Go to system → settings → integrations

  • Fill in the “Global ticket API key” and “Global ticket shared secret“

  • Save

Product configuration

  • Go to products → products

  • Click on the “create new“-button

  • Fill in:

    • Product type: Ticket

    • Provider: Global Ticket

    • Event: -

    • Ticket: <ticket type id>

  • Save

  • Go to products
