Global Ticket
This page describes the configuration of the Global Ticket integration.
Steps
Global Ticket configuration
Go to “Global Ticket”
Find
Credential configuration
Go to system → settings → integrations
Fill in the “Global ticket API key” and “Global ticket shared secret“
Save
Product configuration
Go to products → products
Click on the “create new“-button
Fill in:
Product type: Ticket
Provider: Global Ticket
Event: -
Ticket: <ticket type id>
Save

Validate
Go to products
