How do dynamic integrations work?

Introduction

In the settings of Agent Inbox it is possible to configure dynamic integration endpoints that can be used to GET (from external systems) and POST data to Agent Inbox in order to enrich the customer panel with valuable customer information.

Within the customer panel, the Profile, and Orders sections can be enriched. To view a customer panel with enriched customer information, see the image below:
