How Do I Create/Add a User (Without Using SSO)?

Introduction

This card will show you the exact steps to take in order to create and add a new user to your Agent Inbox team.

Resolution

Adding the user:

  1. When you log in to an admin account you'll see the settings icon behind the three dots in the bottom left corner, select this icon to access the team settings.

  1. Once in the settings, team settings page.

  1. On the team settings page, click "Add user" to create a new user.

  1. When on the "Create user" page, you only need to fill in a name, password and define the usertype.

  2. Once done, you click "Save" to create the user.
