How do I order a new DDI number?

Goal

New DDI numbers can be ordered directly though our online portal at CM.com.

Steps

Please follow the following steps to do so:

  1. Go the Voice Management app and click on the 'Numbers' in the left hand menu.
  2. A Company Profile should be available prior to requesting a number. If no Company Profile has been created please follow the steps below to create one. Otherwise continue from step 3.

    1. Go the Voice Management app and click on the 'Numbers' in the left hand menu
    2. Select Company Profiles tab in the top menu
    3. Click the "+" symbol to add a new profile
    4. Follow the steps and upload the required documents.
    5. For non NL profiles a check will be performed by the Voice Support team.
    6. Once the profile has been approved a number can be requested using the steps below.
    • In the Number Overview, click on the '+' button in the top right corner:

    1. In the number ordering pop-up, please fill out all required details and click 'Send'.

    1. Your number order will be processed and further details will be send to you via e-mail.
