How does the settings in an event work in Seated Ticketing

Once you have created an event, there is a possibility to adjust most of the information that you filled in within the creation of the event.

  1. Open your event
  2. Go to the fourth tab 'Settings'
  3. All these fields you can adjust afterwards
  • Event Title
  • Event Description
  • Event Date
  • Event Timezone
  • Event Venue
  • Event Type and Logo's
  • Event Status

The Event Status is a little selectbox above the images. If you want to display your event as sold out but is not sold out yet, you can change your event status in this selectbox.

NOTE: The only thing that you can not change in your event is the Event Category. If you made a mistake in your category or you want to change anything you need to archive your full event at the bottom of this page, and create the event again. Make sure you will always double check your category when creating the event.
