How to request a refund for tickets?

Due to various reasons a refund can be initiated, when you cancel an order in the dashboard only the tickets are invalidated (no refund is set in motion yet). This article gives a step-by-step explanation and to initiate a refund.

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support team (info@cmtickets.com). Please included the order number and which tickets should be refunded.
  2. Our team will process your request and prepare the refund batches (the tickets will be cancelled automatically).
  3. An invoice will be sent to you (visible in your CM.com account), once this is payed swiftly we can execute the requested refunds this.
