How to request access for a certain column?

Resolution

The user of the account can get access by reaching out to the platform owner, this is done outside of Message log.

The platform owner can increase the access level of his users in 2 ways:

Way 1 – Change the access levels on role basis

The platform owner can change which users are allowed to see the content of the column(s). The platform owner can select between:

  1. Platform owner only
  2. Administrators
  3. Everyone

Platform owner will see these settings on the settings page

Way 2 – Change the role of the user

The platform owner can change the role of the user. This is done on an account level via the organization settings in the platform. See How can I add users on a CM.com Platform account?
