How to select available payment methods

Before you can go live with the sale of your event, you need to select the payment methods you want to use. Follow the next steps to find out where to select this payment methods

1. In the menu in Seated Ticketing go to settings at the bottom left

2. In the last column select Payment Methods

3. Select the methods you want to use in your shop and dashboard.

Please Note:

1. You are always required to use at least 1 method for online payments and 1 for offline dashboard payments

2. The dashboard payments are basically just a label for a payment. We do not pay out these orders because these are already paid by cash or card, or will be paid directly via invoice. We will charge service fee for these tickets

3. Every online payment method could have an other transaction fee. These fees will always be specified in your contract.
