How to use relation tags?

A relation tag is a way to group a certain amount of Relations within Seated Ticketing. This can be used to give early access to a ticket sale,a certain discount or a specific email or ticket template. If you want to know how to set this up, please follow these steps:

  1. Create the relation tag

You can create the relation tag via the button settings at the bottom of Seated Ticketing, and then select relation tags in the first column. You can create a new tag via the + button. Give the tag a specific name, so you will always know which tag you need.

  1. adding/removing the relation tag to the relation

Once you have created the relation tag you can now use the tag. There are two ways how you can manage your tags.

  1. On personal relation level.

If you open any relation, and you scroll down below the personal data you will find the area where you can check on or check off the needed relation tag's. Do not forget to save the relation.

  1. Manage your relation tags in bulk via an import.

when you know you have a group of relations, that are already in Seated Ticketing, we can also manage relation tags via an excel import. You need an excel file of these relations (email or relation number) and then you go back to the setting where you added the relation tag. next to the '+' icon you find a button to import relations. Once you press that button you can select wich relation tag needs to be added/removed and you can import your file.

Now you can start using your grouped relations for giving early access to a ticket sale, a certain discount or a specific email or ticket template
