Introduction to Knowledge

Knowledge within HALO's agent ecosystem is designed to enhance agent capabilities by offering access to business-specific information and context. By leveraging Knowledge, agents can deliver accurate and relevant responses by drawing from curated sources such as documents (PDF and JSON) and web-crawled data. This empowers agents to perform informed interactions, automate complex decision-making processes, and maintain consistency across communications, ultimately boosting operational effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Accessing Your Knowledge

To access your Knowledge, click the 'Knowledge' button in the left-side menu. This will direct you to the Knowledge Overview section, where you can see all uploaded knowledge, including its type, audience, and sync status.

In this section, you'll find a comprehensive list of all available resources designed to extend agent capabilities by offering access to business-specific information and context.

By clicking on the three dots next to each resource, additional options become available. You can see some details, edit the resource or sync it. You also have the option to delete a resource if it's no longer needed.

Top Panel Insights

The top panel of your Knowledge Overview provides critical performance metrics that help optimize the effectiveness of your resources:

  • Total Conversations: This metric shows how many conversations have utilized HALO, indicating the level of engagement and usage.

  • Average Recognition Rate: Represents the percentage of questions successfully answered by the AI. A higher recognition rate signifies improved performance and accuracy in addressing user queries.

These insights help you understand the effectiveness of your Knowledge base and optimize its use within your AI systems. By analyzing these metrics, you can ensure that your knowledge operates at peak efficiency, supporting a wide range of use cases.
