Managing Resources

Click directly on a resource from the overview to access its properties section. This section also displays important details, such as the resource type, context, sync status, the last modification date and the date of the last synchronization.

From here you can perform multiple actions depending on the source type. Below you find a table of all interactions possible based on the source type:

Viewing a PDF File source

  • Sync: You can synchronize the resource, more info on synchronization can be found here.

  • Edit: You can upload a new version of your file.

  • Delete: You can delete the resource.

  • Download File: You can download your file by clicking on the file name; this will initiate the download process.

  • Update context: Set the context in which the resource will be used. More info on context can be found here.

  • View Content: The Content section allows you to view the content within the file.

Viewing a Web crawler source

  • Sync: You can synchronize the resource, more info on synchronization can be found here.

  • Edit: You can edit the url’s to be scraped for this source.

  • Delete: You can delete the resource.

  • View url: You can open the webpage used for the source in a new tab.

  • Update context: Set the context in which the resource will be used. More info on context can be found here.

  • View Content: The Content section allows you to review the crawled website content.

Viewing the Conversation source

  • Sync: You can synchronize the resource, more info on synchronization can be found here.

  • Delete: You can delete the resource.

  • Update context: Set the context in which the resource will be used. More info on context can be found here.

  • Enable/disable: Allows you to enable/disable this knowledge source being used in HALO.

  • View Content: The Content section allows you to view the created problem-solution pairs from the conversation history.

Viewing the Article source

  • Update context: Set the context in which the resource will be used. More info on context can be found here.

  • View Content: The Content section allows you to view the knowledge articles from the Conversational AI Cloud that are added the the knowledge by this source.

Viewing the Marketplace source

  • Sync: You can synchronize the resource, more info on synchronization can be found here.

  • Edit: You can edit the configuration of the marketplace resource.

  • Delete: You can delete the resource.

  • View Connection: By clicking on the Marketplace link you will be navigated to the CMS integration page within the marketplace.

  • Update context: Set the context in which the resource will be used. More info on context can be found here.

  • View Content: The Content section allows you to view the content retrieved by the integration. You can visit the url from where the knowledge was retrieved (depending on the integration type).

  • Sync: You can synchronize the resource, more info on synchronization can be found here.

  • Edit: You can change the configuration of the Api Connection.

  • Delete: You can delete the resource.

  • Update context: Set the context in which the resource will be used. More info on context can be found here.

  • View Content: The Content section allows you to view the fetched content.
