Navigate to and through the Campaigns app

Navigating to and through the Campaigns app within the CM.com platform is essential for efficiently managing your marketing activities. This guide will help you understand how to access and utilize the app effectively.

Step 1
On the http://CM.com platform, click on the nine-tile menu located in the upper right corner to open the app menu.

Step 2
Click on "Campaigns" to open the Campaigns app.

Menu Items in the Campaigns App

The left-side navigation menu includes the following tabs:

  1. All - Displays an overview of all campaigns, including those scheduled, sent, and triggered.

  2. Draft - Shows all campaigns currently in draft status.

  3. Scheduled - Lists all campaigns that are scheduled for future delivery.

  4. Sent - Contains all regular campaigns that have been sent (does not include triggered campaigns).

  5. Archived - Features all archived campaigns. Campaigns can be archived from the All, Draft, Sent, and Triggered tabs.

  6. Triggered - Displays all campaigns set up for triggering from workflows within the Customer Data Platform.

  7. Templates - Includes all campaigns saved as templates. When creating a new campaign by clicking the blue plus sign, you can start with any of these templates.

  8. Ideas - Links to the ideas portal where you can submit suggestions for enhancing the Campaigns app.

  9. Settings - Allows you to configure preferred senders, add branded links, ignore Unicode, set up opt-out settings, and enable access to beta features.
