What Are Personas?

Personas can be customized to align with your brand’s identity, ensuring a consistent and professional user experience.

Key Features of Personas

How to Use Personas and Language Support

Step 1: Configure Your Primary Language

In the Style section of HALO, under Voice Configuration, you can set the primary language for your voice interactions. This ensures that HALO Voice processes and responds in the correct language for your audience.

Step 2: Assign Personas to Languages

For multilingual workflows, you can assign specific personas to each supported language. For example:

  • Use "Ava" for English (en-US).

  • Use "Tristan" for Spanish (es-ES).

This ensures a consistent and culturally appropriate experience for users across different languages.

Step 3: Enable Language Detection

If your audience speaks multiple languages, enable the Language Detection feature in HALO. This allows HALO Voice to automatically detect the language being spoken and switch to the appropriate persona and workflow.

Best Practices for Personas and Language Support

  • Test Personas: Use the Test Center in HALO to listen to how each persona sounds. This helps you ensure that the selected persona aligns with your brand’s tone and style.

  • Maintain Consistency: For a seamless user experience, use the same persona across all languages within a single workflow whenever possible.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Choose personas and tones that are culturally appropriate for your target audience to build trust and engagement.

HALO Voice’s extensive persona and language support make it a powerful tool for businesses operating in diverse markets. By leveraging these features, you can create personalized, natural, and effective voice interactions that resonate with your global audience.
