  1. Response Review: The agent will respond promptly, typically with relevant information, such as confirming delivery details.

Analyzing Agent Behavior

  • Behavior Tab: After a response is formulated, the steps the agent took to derive the answer are displayed in the 'Behavior' tab. This helps in reviewing the decision-making process and analyzing if any prompts were handed over to other agents or tools.

  • Tool Utilization: See how tools like the fetch shipping tool are used within the workflow and review results generated by these tools.

Reviewing Sources and Feedback

  • Sources Tab: Access the 'Sources' tab to view the knowledge articles and information used to generate responses. This feature aids in verifying and refining your agent's accuracy. Note that this option is disabled if no sources have been utilized, as shown in the previous example. The example below illustrates a response using Knowledge.

  • Feedback Tab: If feedback contributed to generating an answer, the feedback tab will be accessible, showing the role feedback played in crafting the response.

Addressing Incorrect Answers

If an agent provides an incorrect answer, use insights from the Behavior tab and sources from Knowledge or Feedback to determine which areas need adjustments or additional information.

Conversation Storage

  • Toggle Option: During testing, you can opt to store conversations by using the toggle feature, which helps track progress and areas for improvement.
