What is Ticket Personalization?

Personalized tickets is an option that allows event organizers to allow one ticket buyer to buy multiple tickets, but needs to fill in visitor details for all bought tickets. By doing this event organizers have information of all visitors (and not just the main ticketbuyer).

When your event has activated personalized tickets, the ticket buyer has to fill in all visitors details for every bought ticket. The steps of the personalization process are:

  1. Order is placed
  2. Order confirmation is received per email to the ticket buyer, with the request to personalize the tickets
  3. Ticket buyer can personalize the tickets online
  4. When all tickets in the order are personalized, the ticket buyer receives an order confirmation with the actual tickets.

How can I activate ticket personalization?

When you click on a certain ticket type and you go to advanced settings, it is possible to toggle the switch for "Personalisable". When switched on this Ticket type will require personalization.

  2. To prevent the resale of tickets on the black market and therefore minimize it.
  3. To optimize security by being able to identify the visitors.
