Why is my Voice account blocked

Resolution

  • Specific to prepaid accounts a voice account will be disabled when the account balance drops below € 5,00. After a so called top-up to increase the account balance above this limit the voice account will automatically be reinstated.
    It can take up to 15 minutes for this process to be finalized
  • For reasons due to infringement of terms and conditions to be determined by CM. In this case information will be shared about the reason for temporary account suspensions. Please contact voice.support@cm.com for more information.
