How do I my own picture in my email signature?

Resolution

To get images per user in the signature even though they are in the same webstore the customer needs to upload the agent's images as avatars for their accounts.

I​n the email transcript template, the customer will need to add an image element to the template.

T​his opens a new menu, where the source can be set to the variable: $User_Avatar_Url, this will dynamically assign the URL to the user's profile picture as the source for the image.

B​y settings the height and width, the size of image can be set.
