Introduction to Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance section in HALO is essential for maintaining control and guiding improvements in AI interactions. It provides valuable insights and mechanisms to refine the responses generated by HALO, ensuring they align with organizational standards.

Via Quality Assurance, HALO allows you to provide feedback on AI-generated answers, enhancing accuracy and relevance. By using this feature, you can gain deeper insights and improve HALO's performance over time.

Navigating Quality Assurance

Within HALO, the dashboard includes two important tabs: Conversations and Feedback.

  • Conversations Tab: This tab presents all conversations involving HALO, allowing you to search for and select specific conversations to review the exchanged messages and rate the responses. It also provides general insights and statistics about conversation activity. For further information about Conversations, please refer to this article.

  • Feedback Tab: In this tab, you can view all feedback submitted regarding HALO's responses. It provides options to access, edit, or delete feedback as needed. For more details on providing and managing feedback, please read this article.
