Why Can’t I Call a Customer from Their Profile?

Issue

When attempting to call a customer, the call icon appears disabled, even though the customer's phone number is visible in their profile.

Cause

This is likely due to an incorrect phone number format that is used on the customer’s profile.

Resolution

Update the customer's phone number in their profile to match a format that is confirmed to work. Doing so has resolved the issue in previous cases.

For example (Dutch phone number):

❌ Incorrect format: +31131234567

✅Correct format: 0031131234567
