Entrance Management – Manual
For each event, an Entrance plan is automatically created.
You don’t need to take any action for this. You can find these under Entrance plans.
Would you like to create or manage your own plan? Follow the steps below.
1. Create a User
Before creating an Entrance plan, you need to create a user.

Go to Users (bottom left of the screen)

Click + Add User

Enter a username and password
-
Select a scanning role
Scanning roles
-
Scan user → has all permissions below
-
Check-in only → can only check in tickets
-
Check-out only → can only check out tickets
-
Search only → can only search for tickets
-
Validate only → can scan tickets and view details (e.g. table numbers)
-
Clicker only → can only use the clicker
2. Create an Entrance Plan

Go to Entrance plans
-
Click + Add entrance plan
-
Enter a name
-
Link the correct event
-
Select the created user
-
Click Create plan
👉 You will immediately see:

Username
-
Password
-
QR code for quick login
3. Configure Tickets (Add Rules)
Now define which tickets should be scannable.

Click + Add rule
-
Enter a rule name
-
(Optional) Set a validity period
-
Click Next step
-
Select the event and the desired ticket types
💡 Tip: Use the search function to quickly find products
4. Set Colors & Messages
In the final step, you can:

Assign colors to tickets
-
Configure scan messages
Useful for:
-
Kids tickets
-
Tickets with consumptions
-
Discount tickets
⚠️ Important:
If you want a ticket type to have a different color → create a separate rule.
5. Logging in on the Scanner
There are 2 ways to log in:

Via QR code
Scan the QR code → instantly ready to scan -
Via username & password
Then select the correct Entrance plan
6. View Statistics
During the event, you can monitor how many visitors are inside.

Go to the Dashboard

Click Filters
-
Select:
-
Day
-
Entrance plan
-
(Optional) Product
-
👉 This shows exactly how many visitors are checked in at any time.
