Audience - Edit multi-event shop - e-commerce

Dashboard → Audience → Pages → Edit → E-Commerce

The "E-Commerce" tab is where the user configures tracking to collect visitor data during their purchase experience.


Overview

  • The user opens this screen by clicking Edit on a page in the Pages overview, then navigating to the E-Commerce tab

  • Here, the user selects a tracking method and can link a Google Tag Manager ID

  • Ready-to-use tracking presets are available to quickly set up tracking tools

How Configuring E-Commerce Tracking Works

  1. Open the multi-event shop via Edit from the Pages overview

  2. Go to the E-Commerce tab

  3. Select the desired Tracking method: Third party or First party

  4. Enter a Google Tag Manager ID

  5. Optionally download the basic or advanced preset to quickly set up tracking tools

  6. Click Save changes to confirm the settings
