Design → PDF ticket templates → [Template] → Edit
On this screen, the user edits the design of a PDF ticket template, including layout, visible information, and background image.
Overview

The left side of the screen shows a live preview of the ticket

The right side is where the user configures the settings and images of the template

Changes only take effect after clicking Save

Settings
Here, the user configures the layout and color of the information displayed on the ticket.

Here, the user configures the background image of the template.

How Editing a PDF Ticket Template Works

Go to Design → PDF ticket templates

Open the desired template via Edit

Adjust the Template name if needed

Enable or disable Show event header

Under Information to display, select which information should be visible on the ticket

Set the Template background color

Go to the Images section and choose how the image should be used: Fixed poster frame or Background

Upload or replace the background image

Click Save to confirm the changes
Important Notes

The preview on the left of the screen updates live as settings are adjusted

With Fixed poster frame, nothing is printed over the image, so text in the design remains readable
