Dashboard → Audience → Discount campaigns
Discount campaigns at account level let the user create a single discount campaign and apply it to multiple events at once, instead of setting one up per event.
Overview
-
Discount campaigns are created at account level, not per event
-
A single campaign can be linked to multiple events at the same time
-
Codes are unique per event — the same code cannot be used twice within the same event
-
Campaigns are managed from the new Discount campaigns tab, under Audience
Adding Codes to a Campaign
When creating codes for a campaign, the user can choose between three methods:
-
Single code — one reusable discount code
-
Generated batch — a set of automatically generated unique codes
-
Import — importing a list of custom codes
Important: codes must be unique per event. The same code can exist across multiple different events, but not twice within the same event.
Campaign Management
From the Discount campaigns tab (under Audience), the user can, per campaign:
-
Edit the campaign
-
Duplicate the campaign
-
Export the campaign to Excel
-
Archive events and products from a campaign
This Is Not the Same as Discount Campaigns (per event)
-
Discount campaigns at account level (this article) — one campaign, linked to multiple events, managed via Audience
-
Discount campaigns (per event) — a separate campaign per event, managed via Ticketing → Marketing within that specific event
What This Section Controls
Discount campaigns at account level allows the user to:
-
Create one discount campaign and apply it to multiple events
-
Add codes as a single code, batch, or import
-
Edit, duplicate, export campaigns, and manage which events/products are linked to them
It does NOT control:
-
Discount campaigns set up specifically for a single event (see “Discount campaigns” under Ticketing → Marketing)
-
The underlying discount logic itself (discount type and value) — this works the same way as in the existing discount modals
Functional Summary
Within Dashboard → Audience → Discount campaigns, the user can:
-
Create one discount campaign and link it to multiple events at once
-
Add codes as a single code, generated batch, or import, unique per event
-
Edit, duplicate, and export campaigns to Excel, or archive events/products from a campaign
This doesn’t replace per-event discount campaigns, but adds a more efficient layer for account-wide discount actions.
