Dashboard
Description
When you open an event, you land on the Dashboard: an overview screen with real-time key figures about your event, shortcuts to the most important sections, and a summary of your Analytics. For in-depth analysis (sales, visitors, finance, queue, live status), go to the separate Analysis tab in the menu.
What you see on the Dashboard
-
Header & KPI tiles
At the top you see a greeting with the event name and period, followed by four key figures:
-
Tickets sold (total number)
-
Revenue (gross)
-
Sold today (compared to yesterday)
-
Currently in carts (current sessions with tickets in the shopping cart)
-
-
"What's new" panel
An overview of recent platform updates and new features. Via "See all updates" you can view the full overview.
-
Sales dynamics
A chart showing the total number of tickets sold over time, on the way to sold out. You can switch between day, week, or month view.
-
Recommended actions
Based on live data, you receive targeted suggestions, for example about where your buyers are coming from, with a direct link to the relevant action (e.g. setting a marketing goal).

Shortcuts to the most important sections: Tickets, Shops, Orders, and Analytics.
-
Analytics summary
A compact overview of the five Analytics categories — Live, Sales, Visitors, Finance, and Queue — each with a key figure. Via "Open analytics" you go to the full Analysis tab for further detail.
Important context
For new events without ticket sales, the KPI tiles and charts do not yet show data (empty/zero). As soon as sales come in, the dashboard automatically fills with up-to-date figures.
