Your fees, your rules. With custom fees, you decide which extra costs you charge, and where they are applied.

Custom fees can be found at two levels: account settings (manage all fees) and event settings (assign fees to a specific event)

A fee is created once at account level and can then be assigned per event

Fees are automatically applied in the ticket shop, and the revenue goes directly to the organizer

Use custom fees for example for tourist tax, retribution tax, or service fees

How Setting Up a Custom Fee Works

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Extra fees

Click + Create fee

Give the fee a name and description

Determine whether it is an order fee or a ticket fee

Set the default value

Go to the desired event and navigate to Settings → Extra fees

Click Assign to link the fee to this event

For a ticket fee, choose whether it applies to all ticket types or only to specific ticket types

Fees are set up once at account level and can be fine-tuned per event

Fees are automatically applied in the ticket shop

As long as no fee has been assigned to an event, the screen shows the message "It looks empty here"
