How to approve "messaging on behalf of" requests?

Steps

Approve messaging on behalf of your business

CM.com will send messages from your WhatsApp business account on behalf of your business. When CM.com sends you a "messaging on behalf of" request, you will receive a notification within Business Manager and by email. To approve this request:

  1. Click on the link in your email or log in to Business Manager.

  2. Within Business Manager, click Business settings.

  3. Click "Requests".
  4. Under Received, find our request and click Approve.
