CX-One Expert Knowledge

This guide explains what you, as the customer, need to provide to enable the integration between your CX-One Expert Knowledge CMS and our platform.


1. Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure you have the following:

  • Admin access to your CX-One Expert Knowledge system.

  • The following details from your CX-One Expert Knowledge system and share details with the delivery team:

    • Base URL

    • Username

    • Key

    • Secret

    • Tag (to filter the data)
