How can I change the role of a user on the CM.com platform.

Resolution
⚠️ Note: Only the Platform owner and Administrators are allowed to change the roles of the users.
-
Go to Settings in the top-right menu.
-
Select User
-
Click on the 3 dots next to the user
-
Click on "Edit"
-
Adjust the role and click on "Update"
-
The user role has been updated
