Steps
When you are in your ticket overview you can open a ticket type, you are now in the settings menu of the specific ticket. Here you have a drop-down function with ticket layout. Click on the dropdown to select your new ticket layout.
By clicking on the save button at the right bottom of the dashboard, your ticket layout is now connected to your ticket type.
