It is possible to generate barcodes again!
You can now generate barcodes in the 'Promotions' tab under 'Barcode generator'. Just come up with a name, pick a ticket type, enter an amount (up to 3,000) and download your barcodes as an Excel file or view the details. In the details page you can cancel all barcodes at once or only a single barcode.
The barcode generation fee is applied per generated barcode.
It is now live on production!

We released a UI update of our consumer support application and introduced a dashboard page:
Upcoming events
The new dashboard page created a place to show some quick actions and also display the upcomming events. We retrieve the event information from a limited datasource containing Seated, YTP & NXTGN events. For ST & NXTGN events you will be able to click on the "Details" button to get a direct link to the dashboard.

Why was this added
We received some urgent request to have an externally available tool that can show the ongoing and upcomming events, for this we realized the consumer support app would be perfect. We realize there will be many new requests from your side that now open up, and we would like to ask you to submit a feature request for those so we can schedule them.

🟢 NEW FEATURE: Disable unique personalization per event 🟢

As part of the YTP migration, it is now possible to disable the unique personalization (mobile nummer and email) per event. This means a single customer can claim multiple tickets in personalization. The setting can be found in the event settings by buyer information in the personalization tab:
The setting is by default enabled.

We have released some small dashboard features, not worthy of their own post. So here they are in one post:
Barcode search in orders page
You can now search for a barcode in the order overview page in an event. It will show you the order that contains that barcode.
In Reservation ticket status
We introduces the "In reservation" status for ticket types in the shop a while ago, but the dashboard still showed "Sold out" for this status. From now on we will show the reservation status:
This status is read-only, meaning a ticket cannot be set to "In reservation" but can be set from "In reservation" to "Sold out" easily now!
Venue name is added to the PDF templates
Per your request we have added the venue name to the PDF ticket when you have enabled the "Location" information in the PDF template settings.
All dashboard emails use MailBroker now
We moved all the shop emails from the ODA to MailBroker a while ago, but today we moved the Dashboard emails to the MailBroker as well. This includes the following emails:

Single order resend

Bulk order resend

Refund email

SelfService email resend
This is a very big step for us, because this means we officially now longer use the ODA for sending any emails! 🥳 This improves our email maintainability by a lot.

We have added the setting to split up your event details in the shop. This means you can configure the display of event name, date and location individually. The setting can be changed in the shop designer at 'Layout', where you can select how to display the details and which details you want to show.

What if importing an order was easier? You know.. like on the old platform. Good news! We now support both ways of importing orders, this means you can now choose to either do a simple import using ticket amounts or go advanced and import your tickets line-by-line with custom barcode support.
