Seats io is the seating chart tool integrated within NxtGn for managing reserved seating at events such as concerts, sports matches, and theatre shows. It enables interactive venue maps, real-time seat availability, section-based pricing, and seat assignment.
Currently, seats io functionality is not yet available for organisers to use independently within the NxtGn platform. The creation and management of seating charts, venue maps, and seat configurations is handled exclusively by your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). If you need a seating chart created, modified, or have any questions about reserved seating for your event, please reach out to your CSM directly.
This is actively being developed. The goal is to make seats io functionality directly accessible to organisers within the NxtGn dashboard, allowing you to create and manage your own seating charts and configurations without needing to go through your CSM. More information will follow as this feature becomes available.
