Seats io is the seating chart tool integrated within NxtGn for managing reserved seating at events such as concerts, sports matches, and theatre shows. It enables interactive venue maps, real-time seat availability, section-based pricing, and seat assignment.
This is actively being developed. The goal is to make seats io functionality directly accessible to organisers within the NxtGn dashboard, allowing you to create and manage your own seating charts and configurations without needing to go through your CSM.
