Add internal note to a specific order

Orders → [Order] → History

From the order detail page, both the organizer's own team and CM employees working on the order can now add internal notes, to record why something happened.

Think of a refund, a phone call, or a meeting at the door. Notes appear directly among the rest of the order history, show who wrote them and when, and can be edited or deleted by the author. Notes are only visible internally — not to the ticket buyer.
