Track your marketing promotions and budget. Under Marketing, you'll find the Promotions tab, where you record all your external marketing activities — from social ads to influencer deals and mailings.

Record promotions with name, type, cost, and duration

Set a total marketing budget; the remaining budget updates automatically

Receive a clear warning as soon as the budget is exceeded

Each promotion also appears on the sales analytics graph, so you can see at a glance which campaign truly impacted ticket sales

How Tracking a Marketing Promotion Works

Go to Marketing → Promotions

Set the Total budget
-
Click + Add promotion

Fill in Name, Type, Operator, and Amount

Set the duration via From (required) and optionally To
-
Click Save

The promotion appears in the overview, and the Remaining budget updates automatically
Important Notes

A clear warning appears as soon as the total budget is exceeded

Every promotion can also be found on the sales analytics graph, showing which campaign impacted ticket sales

This feature must be activated per account
