Conversational AI Cloud is capable of understanding emoji's from your end user's input.
Note that Conversational AI Cloud does not recognize all emojis. This is because the recognition of symbols such as 'football' or 'airplane' do not add any value to the conversational UI experience.
Also note that the emoji appearance is device/browser specific and not all emojis are supported (see supported emoji list below) by Conversational AI Cloud.
Steps
Simply create an article and copy/paste an emoji from the emoji list to use them as a question or show them in your answers.

Using Unsupported Emojis
If you would like to use an emoji that is not listed above as a user question, you can test it in Conversational AI Cloud by doing the following:

Go to the emoji list and copy and paste an emoji from the browser column,

Paste the emoji as a question into an article and save

Go to the Test screen and paste the emoji in the "Type your question here" field
-
Click the send button
-
If the emoji was not recognized as a question, then it can not be used as a question on your article
