The Executive Summary Dashboard provides an overview of the key performance indicators (KPIs) most relevant to the Agent Inbox domain, including CWR, FRT, CRT, SLA, FCR, and ESMPAC. It enables month-over-month comparisons within individual webstores and between different webstores. For KPIs of particular interest, the dashboard offers detailed trend analysis, allowing you to explore performance patterns over time and across selected webstores, helping you identify trends and areas for improvement.
