Setting up your kiosk takes just a few minutes. You will need a device with a browser and an active internet connection, plus a kiosk channel already configured in your Management portal.
Before you begin: Make sure you have added a Kiosk channel to your Point of Sale in Management. See Channel / POS management if you have not done this yet.
Step 1 – Open the kiosk app
On your kiosk device, open a browser and navigate to:
https://kiosk.ecr.cm.com
You will be taken to the login screen.
Step 2 – Log in
Enter your username and password, then tap Log in.
Use the same credentials you use to log in to the Management portal. If you do not have login details, ask your manager.
Step 3 – Select a merchant (optional)
If your account is linked to more than one merchant (for example, multiple venues or locations), a selection screen will appear. Tap the correct merchant to continue.
If you only have one merchant, this step is skipped automatically.
Step 4 – Select your kiosk channel
You will see a list of available kiosk channels — these are the sales points configured in your Management portal (for example Bar – Kiosk or Food Court – Kiosk). Tap the channel this device should run.
Each physical kiosk device should be linked to its own channel. If you do not see the right channel, check the configuration in Channel / POS management.
Step 5 – Configure a printer (optional)
If you have a receipt printer connected to this kiosk, select it from the printer list. If you do not use a printer on this kiosk, skip this step.
Step 6 – Select a payment method
Choose the payment method(s) available on this kiosk (for example, card payment via a connected terminal). This determines which payment options customers will see at checkout.
Step 7 – Verify your settings
A summary screen shows your chosen channel, printer, and payment method. Check that everything is correct, then tap Confirm.
Step 8 – Ready for customers!
Your kiosk is now active and showing the customer-facing ordering screen. Customers can browse the menu, add items to their order, and pay — all without staff assistance.
Tip: To restart the setup or switch channels, press and hold the kiosk logo for a few seconds to return to the configuration screen.
