Group Tickets
There is no dedicated "group ticket" feature in NxtGn. However, group tickets can be set up in two ways:
Option 1: Single group ticket — Create one ticket that covers the entire group. This means one ticket is scanned for multiple people at the entrance. Make sure to clearly state in the ticket description that all group members must arrive together, as there will only be one ticket to scan.
Option 2: Discounted individual tickets — Create a separate ticket type with a reduced per-person price and set a minimum purchase quantity. Calculate the per-person price by dividing the total group price by the number of people, and set that as the ticket price. Then set the minimum purchase amount to match the group size. You can optionally configure this in increments so buyers can only purchase in full groups.
Option 2 is usually preferred, as each person receives their own ticket and they don't need to arrive together.
