Ticketing - Promotions - Tracking links

Ticketing → Promotions → Tracking links

Tracking links allow event organizers to measure the performance of their marketing campaigns directly within.

Overview

The Tracking links screen appears when navigating to Ticketing → Promotions → Tracking links. It is used to measure how well individual campaigns and channels convert into clicks, orders, and tickets sold, both per shop and per individual tracking link.

To create a new tracking link, the organizer clicks + Create link, either globally at the top of the screen or within a specific shop group.

  • Name — A label to identify the tracking link (e.g. the campaign or channel name)

  • Type — The channel the link is used for (e.g. Facebook, email)

  • Shop — The shop the tracking link is linked to

Once created, the link generates a unique trackable URL that can be shared through the selected channel.

Tracking links are grouped per shop. Each shop group shows aggregated performance:

  • Total clicks

  • Conversion rate

  • Orders

  • Tickets Sold

Underneath each shop group, individual tracking links are listed with their own metrics:

  • Clicks

  • Orders

  • Tickets Sold

  • Conversion rate

The Search bar and All types filter can be used to quickly find a specific tracking link.

Abandoned Cart Email Tracking

Every shop automatically includes a built-in Abandoned cart email tracking link. In addition to Clicks, Orders, Tickets Sold, and Conversion rate, this link also shows:

  • Mails sent

This gives organizers direct insight into how well the abandoned cart recovery email is converting. The abandoned cart email itself is fully customizable as a new email template.

What This Section Controls

Tracking links allow the organizer to:

  • Measure clicks, orders, tickets sold, and conversion rate per campaign

  • Compare performance across shops and channels

  • Track the performance of the automated abandoned cart email

It does NOT:

  • Create or manage discount codes (see Discount campaigns)

  • Restrict shop access (see Access keys)

  • Generate barcodes (see Barcode generator)

Important Considerations

  • Conversion rate is calculated based on clicks versus completed orders

  • The abandoned cart email tracking link is created automatically per shop and cannot be deleted

Functional Summary

Within Ticketing → Promotions → Tracking links, organizers can create and manage custom tracking links to measure campaign performance (clicks, orders, tickets sold, conversion rate) per shop, as well as monitor the built-in abandoned cart email link, which now also supports a fully customizable email template.
