User with the same e-mail address already exists
Issue
When trying to add a new user account, the error message:
{"Message":"- A user with the same e-mail address already exists.\r\n"}
Even when the e-mail address is not currently in use by any of the accounts.
During the deletion of the account, a task hasn't been executed correctly, causing the above error. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
Resolution
- Go to command.robinhq.com
- Select the correct environment
- Go to 'Subscription Management' > 'User Management'
- Press CTRL + F
- Search for the e-mail address used to add the account
- Set the deleted account to 'regular'/'collaboration'
- The user account is now available through the settings.
