Why does the platform look distorted or misaligned on my screen?

If the platform looks distorted, misaligned, or elements are overlapping or missing, it could be due to your screen resolution or browser zoom settings.

Our platform is optimized and tested for a minimum resolution of 1440x1100. If your resolution is below this, the layout may not display correctly.

Another common cause is browser zoom. If your browser is zoomed in above 100%, it can make the platform appear distorted.

Here’s what you can check:

• Screen resolution: Go to your system’s display settings and make sure it’s at least 1440x1100.

• Browser zoom: Make sure your browser is set to 100% zoom. You can quickly reset it by pressing Ctrl + 0 (Windows) or Cmd + 0 (Mac).
