Onboard Instagram Channel

Service Notice: Meta Integration Update

Due to an unannounced change to Meta's platform interface, CM.com has been required to re-engineer parts of our Meta integration. As a result, creating, adding, or reconfiguring Instagram pages is temporarily unavailable.

Existing Instagram channels are not affected and continue to operate normally.

New customer onboarding is currently on hold. Please contact your Account Manager or our support team for assistance in the meantime.

We are actively working to resolve this and will update this page once functionality has been restored.

Add Instagram to your CM.com account so you can send and receive Direct Messages through the channel. Follow the steps below — you can complete all of these yourself.

Step 1 – Go to Channels

Navigate to Channels and click Add new channel.

Step 2 – Select Instagram Messaging

From the channel list, select Instagram Messaging.

Step 3 – Add the Channel

Click Add Channel to confirm your selection.

Step 4 – Enter your contact details

Fill in your contact details and click Request. Shortly after, you will receive an order to sign to complete your Instagram onboarding.

Step 5 – Done!

Your Instagram channel is now connected. Continue to the next step to add your Instagram profiles.
