Steps
An SMS number or keyword can be requested through channels .
A subscription to MSC or Business Messaging is required.
The customer can select the Channels menu item to order new numbers.
Select the desired channel (SMS) first:
Select a country:
Select the Category (Mobile), purpose (SMS) and Type (physical hosted SIM or Virtual Number / 10DLC):
Choose between a Yearly or Monthly subscription:
Then click next; you will be asked to confirm:
