Outbound
Calls done via SIP Trunking are billed on a price per minute per destination.
Most destinations are billed in increments of 1/1 seconds, while pricing is displayed per minute. Example:

You call for 35 seconds and will be billed for 35 seconds. Not 1 full minute.
Some destinations are billed in increments of 60/1 seconds, meaning first 60 seconds are billed per minute whereafter every second is billed per second. Example:

You call for 30 seconds and will be billed for 60 seconds, or
-
You call for 65 seconds and will be billed for 65 seconds.
Some destinations are billed in increments of 60/60 seconds, meaning first 60 seconds are billed per minute whereafter the seconds are billed per minutes as well. Example:

You call for 30 seconds and will be billed for 60 seconds, or

You call for 70 seconds and will be billed for 120 seconds.
Inbound
We charge a standard inbound call rate which is displayed per minute but billed per second.
Rounding
We only round up seconds of calls, not minutes.
Example: A call of 30.1 seconds will be billed as 31 seconds
