This guide explains what you, as the customer, need to provide to enable the integration between CXone Livechat and our platform.
1. Requirements From CXone
Please ask the customer to provide the following details from their CXone account:

Access Secret

Client ID

Client Secret

Signal API Base URL

Web Channel ID
-
WhatsApp Channel ID
2. Configure Marketplace Settings
Once you have received all the required credentials from the customer:

Navigate to the Marketplace form and fill the details corresponding to the form field a shown below.
