We would like to inform you that starting June 7, 2025, it will no longer be possible to terminate outbound calls to Spain if the Caller ID (CLI) is a Spanish mobile number.
This change follows local regulations, which prohibit the use of mobile-format CLIs for commercial or customer service purposes without the recipient’s explicit consent.
To help you stay compliant and avoid any service disruptions, we recommend using a Spanish geographical number as your CLI.
